I paid weekly from September 2021- November 2021. for the price and the fact they switch owners while I was staying. I was glad I had a place I could afford and not sleep on the street.the only issue I ever had here was rats. Most roaches and bedbugs are caused by other people staying who don't clean. This one room they had to clean after switching owners was terrible. They left it so dirty the owners had to deep clean it and remove everything from that room and replace it.

A nice, cozy motel. I moved to Mallory Manor Motel when I got separated from my wife. It was an emergency, and I needed a place fast. The room was bigger than the rooms at Motel 6 or Hometown Studios. And I had my 8 year old son with me, so the extra space was nice. The WiFi was awesome. It did go out twice for a few hours on one occasion and a full day on another. But when it was running, it was blazingly fast. The guy who owns the place, "Mr. Kim," is very dedicated to keeping the rooms clean and making sure that all of the guests are happy. Unlike most extended stay hotel rooms, this one is not "self-service." In other words, you can ask to have your room cleaned. There is a fridge and a microwave in the room. The top part of the fridge is also very cold, and you can kind of use it as a freezer, although I tended to try to only keep refrigerate-able food around when I was living there. Unfortunately, there is no stove or burners. So if you're staying there for months, you'll probably need to buy a toaster oven and burners. It's in a good location. The Safeway is right down the street, and there is a McDonald's, a 7-11, and a Hamburger Stand nearby as well. Obviously, the biggest drawback to staying at a place like this is the price. At the time that I was staying there, it was $450/week. But if you need short-term housing while you look for a more long-term solution, this place is great.

Rooms are clean. Owner is helpful. He seems to be mean, but he's genuinely a nice guy, he tries to help you out, get on his good side, and stay there. There's no bugs, not alot of police activity, no random people just standing around being creepy & all drugged out. It's a lot better than most places on west colfax.
